If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.  You may return items in it's original state within 30 DAYS after receiving your order. Returns can be started on our website. After the return request is received by us, we will send out your return label. YSHAIRR CO. advices buyers to read our shipping policy before placing an order. There is a standard 3 business day processing time required to prepare your order for shipment. Processing time excludes weekends and major holidays. All orders are shipped from our location in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.  The Netherlands & Belgium After we've successfully processed your order, the standard shipping time could take up to 14 work days.
