Processing time excludes weekends and major holidays. All orders are shipped from our location in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
The Netherlands & Belgium
After we've successfully processed your order, the standard shipping time could take up to 14 work days. This because we barely work with stock and the desired item needs to go through our inspection before being sent out. Which also means that we do not do Express shipping to addresses within The Netherlands or Belgium. Orders within Europe are sent out with PostNL.
United Kingdom
After we've successfully processed your order, the standard shipping time could take up to 16 work days. This because we barely work with stock and the desired item needs to go through our inspection before being sent out. Express shipping through DHL is possible for addresses within the United Kingdom. Keep in mind that choosing Express delivery has a different fee than our standard delivery fee.
Rest of the world
After we've successfully processed your order, the standard shipping time could take up to 18 work days. This because we barely work with stock and the desired item needs to go through inspection before being sent out. Express through DHL is possible for addresses all over the world (except the ones listed above). Keep in mind that choosing Express delivery has a different fee than our standard delivery fee.
