YSHAIRR CO. advices buyers to read our shipping policy before placing an order. There is a standard 3 business day processing time required to prepare your order for shipment. Processing time excludes weekends and major holidays. All orders are shipped from our location in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
Pick up service
Local pick up is available for customers who choose this option at check out. You’ll receive a follow up mail when your order is ready for collection.
The pick up location is at our address in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. The full address is seen when choosing the pick up option at check out, and in the follow up mail. Pick up is possible from Monday to Sunday. Please do not arrive without scheduling a pick up time, as we do not offer walk ins.
When picking up your order, make sure to bring your order confirmation (order nr.) and any proof of identification. If someone else is collecting the order on behalf of the buyer, please contact us beforehand to authorize handoff.
Orders will be kept for 14 days unless we are notified about you wanting us to keep your order for a longer period of time. If we are not contacted by the buyer before the 14-day period, the order will be considered unclaimed.
Make sure to inspect the items at the time of pick up, as we are not responsible for any damages once the order is not in our possesion anymore.
NOTE: Pick up is not available after choosing the delivery option.
The Netherlands & Belgium
After we've successfully processed your order, the standard shipping time could take up to 14 work days. This because we barely work with stock and the desired item needs to go through our inspection before being sent out. Which also means that we do not do Express shipping to addresses within The Netherlands or Belgium.
United Kingdom
After we've successfully processed your order, the standard shipping time could take up to 16 work days. This because we barely work with stock and the desired item needs to go through our inspection before being sent out. Express shipping through DHL, FedEx & PostNL is possible for addresses within the United Kingdom. Keep in mind that choosing Express delivery has a different fee than our standard delivery fee.
Rest of the world
After we've successfully processed your order, the standard shipping time could take up to 18 work days. This because we barely work with stock and the desired item needs to go through inspection before being sent out. Express through DHL, FedEx & PostNL is possible for addresses all over the world (except the ones listed above). Keep in mind that choosing Express delivery has a different fee than our standard delivery fee.
